About the Role:
Irrigation and Lighting Management LLC is looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful outdoor projects from start to finish while working with a passionate crew dedicated to quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the day-to-day production operations (procuring and estimating work, field crew management, line up, supervision and other managing functions)
- Complete irrigation and landscape lighting maintenance and repair work orders as assigned (this is NOT a desk job).
- Perform irrigation specialty functions and the successful utilization of diagnostic equipment
- Supervise all specialty job functions (e.g., ability to install low-voltage lighting, irrigation system layout, installation, troubleshooting and service)
- Train crew members on how to perform all job functions
- Consistently produce acceptable levels of quality and production
- Navigate scheduling software with available technology
- Display positive leadership skills
- Read and understand record drawings/plans and be able to communicate the plan details to others when needed
- Order materials, hardware, small tools and consumables for installation and service needs
- Maintain large residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Maintain certifications to complete annual back-flow testing (at company expense)
- Complete Charlotte Smart Water Program inspection Certifications
- Participate in continuing education programs offered by the company where applicable
- Operate all classifications of landscape vehicles and trailers

Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience in irrigation and landscape lighting
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or landscape construction is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead a team effectively in the field

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
